David Cook
David is one of the founders of All Out Productions. An experienced producer he currently manages the company's radio output from Manchester. Over the years he's picked up many awards for his work across a wide range of radio programming. He is particularly proud of All Out's work for Five Live especially the investigative Five Live Report which has taken him across the world and brought him face to face with fraudsters, villains and BBC lawyers.

Jo Meek
Jo joined All Out in 2002 as a researcher on the Five Live Report. Her first programme at the company, the Five Live 9/11 anniversary programme A Mother's Journey, earned a Sony Silver award. Since 2003 Jo has been a full time producer with the company, making documentaries for BBC Radio Five Live, Radio One, Radio 1Xtra and Radio Four. Her programmes have seen her travel to the US, Vietnam, Israel and Russia and include subjects as diverse as Moscow's secret underground and Middle Eastern hip hop.

Richard McIlroy
Richard joined All Out as Senior Producer this year after 9 years at the BBC. He worked mainly on Five Live's investigative sports programme 'On The Line', where he probed the seamy side of almost every major sport. He also produced documentaries for Radio 4 on subjects ranging from suicides in the British Army, to the Isle of Man TT Races. He has also worked for BBC TV and co-written 3 books.

Gail Champion
Gail joined All Out in 2006 and quickly got stuck into programmes for Radio 4 and Five Live. One of her first involved tracking down fraudsters across three continents for a programme about an international stem cell racket. She works on the Five Live Report and has covered stories as diverse as objectors to the war in Iraq and weapons in schools.

Peter Sale
Since joining All Out, Pete has worked on the Five Live Report and has had several programmes commissioned by 1Xtra and Radio One. He has recently returned from Ghana where he made a programme about how football is used to help with HIV education. His interests are sport and music and fingers crossed he will make lots and lots of programmes in these areas.

Cordelia Rayner
Since Cordelia joined All Out she has turned her hand to history documentaries, current affairs and medical programmes. Her background in the Arts has helped her when doing the odd voice over or training our reporters and presenters. Cordelia's innately curious nature makes her an invaluable researcher and she enjoys the eclectic subject range of All Out's programmes. She has already won a number of commissions for Radio 4 and the World Service.

Elizabeth Alker
Elizabeth is our latest signing and is responsible for getting stuck into the music news from Manchester. You can hear Elizabeth every Sunday on BBC 6 Music's Music Week when she reports on subjects as diverse as the comeback of Goths and the death of the album cover. Elizabeth is also a talent scout for Universal Records and writes about new bands for a number of publications. Before joining All Out Elizabeth worked at the BBC on Marc Riley's Mint and Rocket Science programmes.

Nigel Wrench
Nigel is one of All Out's founders. He regularly presents All Out documentaries on Radio 4 on subjects as diverse as living with Aids and the end of flower power. With David Cook he picked up the company's first Sony Award for "Out This Week", the gay and lesbian news show that All Out conceived and produced for five years on Radio Five Live. "There's no bureaucracy at All Out," he says, "it's a great ideas factory." Nigel can also be heard presenting and reporting for PM on Radio 4.
